    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, the bedsheets must be in unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
    • Orders cannot be returned or exchanged without any promising reason and evidence.
    • Items purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or as final sale items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
    • Returns are acceptable if there is a genuine issue with the product and informed us with proper evidence.
  2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a return authorisation, if applicable.
  3. Return Shipping and Costs:
    • In case of any manufacturing defect or defect from our side in the item, we will bear the shipping cost and if it is not our or manufacturing defect, then customers need to bear the shipping and packaging cost while returning the product in the actual and unused condition to our official business address.
    • When customers will be liable to return the product to us, then we recommend them to use a trackable shipping service and obtaining proof of shipment for your returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
  4. Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, the eligible refund amount will be issued to your original payment method (Including customer’s product returning charges). Please allow 3-5 days (Excluding national holidays) for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.
    • Refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

    • If you wish to exchange your bedsheets for a different size, colour, or design, please specify your preferred exchange details when contacting our customer support team.
    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will provide alternative options or issue a refund.
  6. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. Provide photos and a detailed description of the issue.
    • We will assess the situation and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
